Welcome to Department of Electrical Engineering: The Department of Electrical Engineering is one of the oldest department of the Ujjain Polytechnic College Ujjain established in 1958 with the total intake of 30 students.
The department has increased its intake to 75 students along with development of specialized laboratories. The Department is accredited in 2005 for three years and again for three year from 1 July 2023
On demand of industries the department has started part time diploma program for working professional in the year of 1984 with total intake of 20 students. The intake capacity of part time students increased to 30 in 1994.
We offer a three-year engineering diploma course in Electrical Engineering. Our Electrical Engineering diploma program is designed to provide students with the necessary knowledge, skills, and practical experience to succeed in the dynamic and constantly evolving field of electrical engineering.
The program comprises a comprehensive curriculum that covers topics such as circuit analysis, electronics, power systems, control systems, Generation and distribution.
