PROGRAM OUTCOMES (POs)
- Basic and Discipline specific knowledge: Apply knowledge of basic mathematics, science
and engineering fundamentals and engineering specialization to solve the engineering problems.
- Problem analysis: Identify and analyse well-defined engineering problems using codified
standard methods.
- Design/ development of solutions: Design solutions for well-defined technical problems and
assist with the design of systems components or processes to meet specified needs.
- Engineering Tools, Experimentation and Testing: Apply modern engineering tools and
appropriate technique to conduct standard tests and measurements.
- Engineering practices for society, sustainability and environment: Apply appropriate
technology in context of society, sustainability, environment and ethical practices.
- Project Management: Use engineering management principles individually, as a team
member or a leader to manage projects and effectively communicate about well-defined
engineering activities.
- Life-long learning: Ability to analyze individual needs and engage in updating in the context
of technological changes.
PROGRAM SPECIFIC OUTCOMES (PSOs)
- PSO 1. Perform all operations/ processes using tools and equipment’s related to chemical engineering independently with precision and care.
- PSO 2.Manage human resources, chemicals, materials and equipment in chemical plant operations efficiently and effectively to ensure quality control
- PSO 3. Apply chemical engineering principles, communication and other skills in a wide range of industrial and professional employment areas.
PROGRAM EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES (PEOS):
- PEO1:Nurture the student in such way to enable them to be
successful entrepreneur.
- PEO2:Develop professional and other soft skills and a
leadership qualities to enable the students to be a
successful professional.
- PEO3:Prepare the students to handle physical problems in
the chemical industries and allied area with optimum safety.
- PEO4: Develop ethics and morals in the student to efficiently
comply social, economic and environmental duties sincerely.
