We believe that maintaining good relationships with alumni over time is crucial to the success of an Institution. Alumni serve many valuable roles: Providing feedback about the curriculum and facilities. They are the best feedback provider as they know the Institution well and they are serving in Industries/field at present. They know the gap well. Alumni help in getting employer feedback. Alumni provide mentoring, internships, and career opportunities to students. Alumni interact with the students and give motivational talk regarding preparing for higher studies and placements. Alumni help to build and grow our institution’s brand through word-of-mouth marketing. Positive posts on social media create buzz and increase application rates. With mushrooming educational institutions around, one way for an institute to stand out from the domestic competition is by promoting its brand. And an institute’s alumni are its best bet. Further, alumni bring in revenue through donations, sponsorship of events, etc. Alumni are a prime target audience for continuing education opportunities. Rapid changes in technology, Jobs and the skills they require are changing much faster than ever before. Thus lifelong learning is critical to career success. Alumni are thus resources that can provide meaningful and mutually beneficial relationships over time. Institution recognizes Alumni as one of its major stakeholder and has made efforts to reconnect with the Alumni and celebrate their success and various achievements. We have organized Alumni meet at Institution level and at each department level.

We did SWOT analysis during our Alumni meet May, 2016. The SWOT format is enclosed in the annexure. Our Alumni club is registered with registration number 07/33-01/16242/20.
